Everything slows down a bit as Summer draws to a close. The mornings get cooler, the days become shorter, and the trees shed their leaves in vivid colors. Germany has given the world BMW cars, bratwurst, lederhosen, dirndls and Werner Herzog, but let’s face it: None of that is as important as beer.
