EISBOCK

Intense, deep, dark chocolate and caramel flavors. Powerful and full-bodied palate. Rich flavors of chocolate, malt, fruit, and vanilla lead to a velvety, warming character. Tremendous complexity with a long and intriguing finish. An awesome beer to warm you up during the cold winter nights.

Summer Bock

Rich in flavor from German pale barley. Moderate noble hop character with a subtle spicy quality from hops and alcohol. German Lager yeast provides a smooth, long, clean finish that interplays with the malt and noble hops.

Maibock Lager

Rich Amber bock beer brewed with imported Munich and Pilsner Malts and fermented with a rare lager yeast. This beer has a deep malt character and body with a hint of toffee in the aroma. The noble hops balance the richness of the malts and provide a complex profile that hides the 7% abv.

Winter Wheat Doppelbock

Rich creamy head with a bouquet of Wheat malt, black currant, clove, and apple. Deep, full flavors of caramel and chocolate malt balance with hops for a smooth, warming character. Smooth malt leads to a subtle alcohol and dark caramel finish.
The wonderful balance of this beer provides a complex profile, hiding the 9.5% alcohol content. The perfect companion for a cold winter night.

Oktoberfest Lager

Inspired by the authentic German Oktoberfest beer from the early 1900s. This amber lager has a rich malty aroma, a smooth toasty palate, and a subtle noble hop finish. The richness and spiciness of this beer make it the perfect accompaniment to robust meats and grilled fare. Ramstein Oktoberfest is a great beer for any festive occasion.

575 Lager

Full-flavored, balanced Lager. Elegant European hops intertwine with smooth bready notes. Floral hops & fresh malt. Clean and enjoyable.

Spin IPA

Reaching arms across oceans and continents to bring together hops and malts from around the world. Brewed with our German-American brewing techniques and robustly dry hopped. Unfiltered for maximum effect.

INK Black Lager

Black Lager, a.k.a. Schwarzbier in German, is a style from the Middle Ages. Medium-bodied, malty and chocolate in color, with a creamy, long-lasting head. Surprisingly soft and elegant brew that is rich, mild, and smooth.

Norther Hills Amber Lager

Elegant and balanced, the Ramstein Amber Lager has a rich malty aroma, a smooth toasty palate, and a fresh, noble hop character. Golden Lager

Inspired by the European noble brews, our Golden Lager has an aroma of noble hops and fresh Pilsner malts. This is a timeless classic beer style. The fresh, clean malt character balances the hop flavor.

Blonde Hefe-Weizen

Our fresh traditional German-style Weiss Beer. Malty wheat bouquet brimming with clove and banana aromas. Wheat and barley balance with imported German noble hops. Unfiltered for a natural flavor. The finish is malty, smooth, and refreshing.

Double Platinum Blonde

Rich and deeply flavorful, this is Weiss Beer boosted to the next level. The banana, tropical, and bubblegum flavors balance the rich flavors of barley, wheat, and complex yeast character. This is an original beer style. The fresh fruit character balances the hop flavor.
