Holding a Private Event At Ramstein

Event Options:

Holding a private event occurs after normal brewery hours of operation. Exclusive events allow for a more intimate party for you and your guests!

• Monday & Tuesday:
  Closed to the public but open for private events, start time as early as 4:00 PM
• Wednesday to Friday:
  8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday:
  6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Bar Options for Events:

• Open Bar Option
  $25 per guest. All guests (21 and older) will be billed for open bar, multiple bar options not available.
• Cash Bar
  Guests pay by glass and enjoy a discounted rate of $4.00 per glass.
• Drink Tickets
  Guests will be given drink tickets, which they will redeem for each glass. At the end of the event, tickets will be counted. The event organizer agrees to pay $4 per ticket.

Renting the Tasting Room:

Host up to 40 guests. It is $550 to rent the tasting room for three hours. This includes complimentary use of our Samsung Smart TVs and our background music stereo system as well as use of our Biergarten (weather permitting).

• Reservations are required to avoid schedule conflict with another group occupying the brewery.
• Deposit for this party is $300.
• Early set-up in production area of brewery for those hosting a private event are welcomed anytime after 6:00 PM for M-F events, and anytime after 5:00 PM for Saturday events.
• We stop dispensing glasses and growlers of beer 15 minutes prior to the end of each event.
