Holding a Private Event At Ramstein

Event Options:

Holding a private event occurs after normal brewery hours of operation. Exclusive events allow for a more intimate party for you and your guests!

  • Monday to Friday:
     7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday:
    5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Bar Options for All Events

  • Open Bar Option
    – $20 per guest
  • Pay by Glass
    – $3.00 per glass
  • Drink Tickets
    – Guests will be given drink tickets, which they use to ‘pay’ for each glass. At the end of the evening, tickets will be counted and redeemed for cash.

Join Existing Tap Room Hours:

Joining existing tap room hours is essentially coming to the brewery with your group of guests on a Saturday while the staff and tasting room are already being utilized during regular business hours. The group is welcome to set up within the brewery space. We can supply a limited supply of folding tables for no charge.

  • Any Saturday:
    from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM only (with the exception of Seasonal Launch dates: 3/12/16, 6/11/16, 9/10/16, 11/12/16)
  • Pricing:
    There is no fee to rent the space while joining an existing open house. The Ramstein staff can provide a limited number of tables and chairs, but guests may bring their own as well if necessary. Staff are also willing to assist in party clean up.
  • Reservations are required to avoid schedule conflict with another group occupying the brewery.  Early set-up in production area of brewery for those hosting a private event are welcomed anytime after 6:00 PM for M-F events, anytime after 12:00 Noon for Joining Existing Tap Room Hours, and anytime after 4:00 PM for Saturday events.

  • We stop dispensing glasses and growlers of beer 15 minutes prior to the end of each event.

Renting the Tasting Room without Brewery Space:

This event option allows up to 30 guests. It is $350 to rent the tasting room for three hours. Deposit for this party is $200.

  • Reservations are required to avoid schedule conflict with another group occupying the brewery.
  • Early set-up in production area of brewery for those hosting a private event are welcomed anytime after 6:00 PM for M-F events, anytime after 12:00 Noon for Joining Existing Tap Room Hours, and anytime after 4:00 PM for Saturday events.

Renting the Tasting Room with The brewery Space:

This event option is available to those parties accommodating a minimum of 50 people with a max of 200 people. It is $650 for the tasting room and brewery spaces for three hours. Deposit for this party is $300.
